Located in a small cul de sac of seaside weekenders.

See wonderful birdlife, pelicans, sea eagles, parrots, wonga pigeons, honey eaters, black swans, and many more.

The cottage is only a few km's to the village of Central Tilba, the most popular historical National Trust Village in NSW.

The closest places to eat out are at Bermagui. It has restaurants, a patisserie, hotel, coffee shops, gelati bar, pizzeria, a fishing co-op, Chinese restaurant, fish and chips shops and take aways.

Bermagui is a quaint seaside town renowned for its deep sea fishing, surfing, boating, lakes, beaches and hinterland forests. Zane Gray an American novelist, enjoyed his deep sea fishing adventures at Bermagui in the 1930's so much, he was inspired to include them in two of his novels. The movie "The Man who Sued God" which starred Billy Connolly and Judy Davis was filmed on location at Bermagui in 2001.

The Bermagui Country Club has a 9 hole golf course, bowling greens and tennis court and restaurant.

There is a coastal walk around the lake, with beautiful views. It joins a boardwalk that leads up to a headland and a long deserted white sandy beach.
